Practicum Competencies

 

During the fall 2015 semester, I worked hard to complete my practicum course. I was able to complete my field experience at The Goddard School of Cranberry Township, in their private preschool program. The students learned so much through the lessons, and I was so impressed with their growth over the course of the semester. I taught a unit on Pittsburgh with lessons in language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, creative art, and music/performing arts.

 

I was also able to conduct a professional development session for my colleagues at The Goddard School. The session focused on TED-Ed and the flipped classroom model and Web 2.0 tools.
